UK DC Scheduled Rack Change Sunday, Dec 1st (Solved)

Dear Customers,

We would like to remind you about the maintenance in our UK Data Center scheduled to take place at 11 am UTC, on December 1st.

We are relocating our servers to new racks and also performing a major network upgrade. We expect Mail and VPS servers service interruptions for 6 hours and the expected downtime for the scheduled maintenance procedures is about 3 hours.

As we are following a dynamic schedule, we cannot give you an exact date and time frame for the transfer of your particular server. However, we can assure you that all procedures are being performed with minimum downtime. Also, no action was required on your end while the maintenance is taking place.

We would like to apologise again for any inconvenience that this may cause and thank you for your time and understanding regarding this matter.

The procedure is expected to be completed within one hour and we will post an update once it is completed.
