Dear Customers,

We would like to let you know about an upcoming maintenance in our UK Data Center scheduled to take place later this Sunday. Starting at 11 am UTC, on the 1st of December, we will be relocating our servers to new racks and will also be performing a major network upgrade.

We expect service interruptions on our Mail and VPS servers for 6 hours. The expected downtime for the scheduled maintenance procedures will be about 3 hours.

Since we are following a dynamic schedule, which is constantly being updated, we could not give you an exact date and time frame for the transfer of your particular server. However, we can assure you that all procedures will be performed with minimum downtime. Also, no action will be required on your end while the maintenance is taking place.

We would like to apologise for the inconveniences that this may cause. Thank you in advance for your time and understanding regarding this matter.
